The company maintains a Training Matrix that outlines all training workshops and courses attended by employees. The Training Matrix is available for inspection upon request at the Company’s offices. All staff is adequately supervised in their specific work and given on-the-job training to improve their skills and motivation. Working teams are structured to enable information sharing among the more senior team members and trainee and casual staff.
